Clinical Head of Department - Nursing
Tunbridge Wells Hospital | Nursing | Permanent Contract | Full Time
Up to £54,000.00 per annum depending on experience
37.5 hours per week
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Clinical Head of Department - Nursing to lead our busy outpatients department. Alongside the traditional consultant clinics, the role will be to assist with minor operations, hysteroscopies, cystoscopies in one of our outpatient procedure rooms. The role also oversees the Nurse led pre Assessment service which ensures that patients are fit for surgery.

As a Clinical Head of Department - Nursing at our Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells hospital, you're a qualified RGN with NMC registration and a mentorship qualification. You've already worked as a Junior Sister / Charge Nurse or Ward Manager. Either way, you hold considerable nursing management experience and you're organised, highly motivated and engaged.
As a Clinical Head of Department - Nursing, you will:
Manage the day to day running of the department
Lead a team of highly qualified nurses
Ensure we deliver excellent patient care
