Job description

1. New Product Launch and Management:
   • Lead and manage the portfolio management team in the successful launch and listing of new active equity ETFs globally.
   • Oversee the development and execution of strategic plans for new ETF products, ensuring alignment with market trends.

2. Portfolio Management and Investment Strategy:
   • Set and implement investment strategies for running discretionary equity portfolios, aiming to achieve optimal risk-adjusted returns.
   • Continuously monitor and evaluate market conditions, economic trends, and regulatory changes to make informed investment decisions.

3. Product Strategy and Development:
   • Present compelling investment ideas to contribute to the development of the ETF product strategy.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that product development aligns with market demands and regulatory guidelines.

4. Compliance and Risk Management:
   • Ensure that public markets investment products, including ETFs, comply with regulatory requirements.
   • Implement robust risk management practices, focusing on disclosure and reporting, to maintain transparency and accountability
