About the role
Alzheimer’s Society is working in an exciting partnership delivering dementia support across the county of Somerset.

If yes, we are offering a great opportunity to cover maternity leave for up to one year - to join our team providing personalised advice, guidance and support to people diagnosed with dementia and their carers!
Our Dementia Adviser’s support people in their homes we interact face to face, over the telephone and virtually, to give people the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions about their future.
We are looking for Dementia Advisors to work as part of a team to improve outcomes for people diagnosed with dementia, their carers and supporters.
