Job description

Our client is a private bank and wealth management company seeking to recruit a Trust Officer, Relationship Management.

Overall purpose of the role:

To take responsibility for a designated portfolio of Trusts and Corporate structures.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Day-to-day administration, management, delegation and control of routine processing including cash management, payments, exercise of discretionary powers, maintaining records, and reviewing and monitoring investment portfolios.
• Ensuring that chargeable time is properly recorded against clients and invoices are raised in a timely fashion.
• Acting as primary and/or back up relationship manager for a number of clients in the team and seeking opportunities to enhance relationships.

The successful candidate will have:

• Ideally 2/3 years’ experience or an individual with transferable skills, open to graduates or similar.
• Strong knowledge and experience of offshore Trust and Company administration
