Registered Manager
Norwich
Up to £55,000

I am looking for an experienced Registered Manager to work in an elegant Edwardian care home which offers care and support to older people and those with dementia. The home is the wonderful countryside just outside Norwich and has beautiful decor, period features and a stunning garden.

In this role you will:

• Oversee the daily operations of the home
• Manage a fantastic staff team
• Ensure that the home provides high-quality care and support to residents
• Meet financial targets and maintain full occupancy
• Maintain excellent working relationships at all levels, internal as well as external professionals, families and visitors

For this great Registered Manager post you will need:

• Previous experience of managing a residential home (30+ beds) for at least 3 years with a Good or Outstanding CQC rating
• To be leader who likes to lead by example with high-quality care at your core value.
• A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful home
• Enthusiasm and passion for developing high level of person-centred care
• The ability to actively participate in the growth and development of the care service and engage with the local community
