Job Description
The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for...
- Developing, coaching and leading the existing sales team, responsible for training and developing the teams skills
- Monitor KPI's across the team and provide tailored action plans for each member of the team
- Generate and convert inbound sales leads, providing tailored advice and manage each customer to the best of your ability
- Work in a fast paced environment, building strong relationships quickly with customers
- Provide solution packages with an in-depth understanding of customer needs, usages and installation requirements
- Be customer facing where required, joining the sales team on the road, meeting with customers
The Successful Applicant
The successful Sales Manager will need...
- Strong experience working within sales
- Be astute, confident, polite, positive, disciplined and a driven professional.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural and empathetic presenter who can adapt to the customer and effectively at all levels.
- Deliver a positive customer experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of the product/brand.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.
