Job Description
Key Responsibilities for the Financial Systems Analyst:
- Support project activities: Requirements gathering and functional specifications, End User Training, User Acceptance Testing and Data Migration Testing
- Support Change Management and Communication activities
- Working in conjunction with the Finance Department & IT Infrastructure team proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of core financial systems
- Support the business analysis and requirements specifications for functional change
- Coordinate/Supervise user acceptance tests and oversee training of uses as required
- Provide continuous support to users in their day-to-day operations
- Manage user access rights and functional administration in coordination with relevant IT teams
- Ensure that required documentation is up to date and accurate
- Ensure continuous coordination with relevant IT teams, Group teams and external service providers
- Provide reporting, analytics and insight into department spend, supporting the reconciliation of IT and Finance reporting.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate for the Financial Systems Analyst:
- Experience within a similar role
- Ideally a studier
- Strong knowledge of SUN systems
- The ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment
