Page Personnel are currently recruiting for an organisation in the Public Sector within the Accountancy and Finance department based in Sunderland. The organisations aim is to help inspire individuals to thrive, have aspirations, learn and help support their journeys.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Management Accountant will be to help support the Chief Finance Officer and the wider team where necessary. You will be responsible for the month end management of the accounts, journals for accruals and run reports. You will be responsible for effective communication and to organise budget monitoring meetings.

The Successful Applicant

• The successful candidate will have established experience working as a Management Accountant
• They will enjoy working independently and strive in fast paced environments.
• Be able to work effectively and have the ability to multitask to meet deadlines
• Will be able to successfully deliver a high level of satisfaction for customers
• Ideally already have Public Sector experience but this is not necessity
