Bedworth and North Warwickshire Children’s Safeguarding and Support Team is looking to recruit a Social Work Lead practitioner where you will be;
We place children and young people at the heart of all we do, which requires a workforce to be effectively led, supported, and well trained.
You will be joining a cohesive team of enthusiastic, motivated, and supportive Social Workers and Family Support Workers of mixed levels of experience. Equally, we have a strong and experienced management group who work hard to promote a consistently good standard of Social Work practice using a restorative approach, which is then reflected in the way we support our families also.

Key Requirements
The Fluency Duty is outlined in the Code of Practice on the English language requirements for public sector workers. The Fluency Duty for this role is required. You must be able to speak and provide advice in accurate spoken English to the public.
Experienced Social Worker - Grade O:
Up to £50,920.00 per annum. Including a £3,500 market supplement which is subject to tax and NI deductions - T&C's apply. (Relocation Allowance up to £8,000 is available.)
