About the job Weekend Nanny for two children in Altrincham
Weekend Nanny Required in Altrincham , Greater Manchester.
Happy Nest Nanny and Maternity Agency are looking to recruit a dedicated nanny for a professional family in Altrincham. With a mature outlook to support a family with their delightful children aged 20 months & 4 years on a weekend live in basis in Altrincham, Greater Manchester.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable and discreet with a good amount of childcare experience both professionally and personally and be happy to work a mixture of sole and shared charge.
Nanny Duties:
Providing stimulating and fun educational activities during the day, trips to the park, days out. These children love adventure and being outdoors so lots of trips to the park and imaginative play.
Settling down for bath time and bedtime. The children have a nanny throughout the week and have a great established routine.
You will be paid for the full 24 hours of Saturday and Sunday as although rare the family would like the peace of mind that there is someone around if their little ones are awake during the night and for evening babysitting. The children are usually in bed for 7pm and sleep well.
This is a long term role in a happy , relaxed household where you'll be made to feel welcome as part of the family.
Accommodation; You will have your own private bedroom within the family home along with an ensuite bathroom.
Hours:
Friday from 5pm-overnight
Saturday full days -overnight
Sunday full days to 8pm.
There may be additional hours needed for the nanny to travel with the family during holidays, but notice will always be given in advance. The family may also ask you to work during the week to cover their existing weekly nanny from time to time.
You must have your own car
Salary : £760 gross per week ( 350 per 24 hours plus 3 hours at £20 gross per hour )
Start Date ; ASAP
Essential Requirements :
Experience working in a high profile role would be an advantage , you must be happy to sign an NDA.
Fully enhanced DBS (criminal record) check on the update service. Agency will assist
Full 12 hour Paediatric first aid certificate dated within the last 3 years.
Full UK Driving Licence
Excellent Checkable references
At least 4 years experience working as a private nanny or as an experienced childcarer with early years experience.
Relevant childcare qualification.
