Tax Senior - Cryptoasset Taxation

Job description

• Preparation of annual tax returns for individuals and partnerships.
• Correspondence with HM Revenue and Customs as required, including handling and assisting with any raised enquiries.
• Direct liaison with clients (and third parties, if necessary) to gather all necessary information for completing tax returns.
• Preparation of basic capital gains computations and other applicable taxes.
• Proactively collaborate with clients to identify and execute tax planning opportunities.
• Assisting the Head of Crypto Team with complex tax assignments involving high net worth individuals.
• Conducting meetings with new clients and sending out proposals (preferably once comfortable with crypto aspects).
• Conducting tax research as required.
• Providing support to other tax professionals.
