Job Title: Deputy Clinical Manager - Clapham, London
Salary: £58,300 per annum
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Deputy Clinical Manager for our clients nursing home located in Clapham, London. As a leading provider of elderly care services, our clients are committed to delivering exceptional care to their residents and maintaining high standards in their facilities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide effective leadership and management of the care team.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee and implement care plans for residents, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Maintain a strong focus on person-centred care, promoting dignity and respect for all residents.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the care team.
Requirements: - Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active PIN.
- Proven experience in a nursing/care home setting for older people.
- Extensive clinical knowledge and ability to apply it effectively in a care management role.
- Sound understanding of CQC Regulations and legislation.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Previous experience as a clinical lead or clinical deputy manager is preferable.
