We are looking for a GP Surgery in Chard to join our team who will provide holistic and also quality care to our patients.
A GP Surgery’s responsibilities include
assess patients’ health needs with a range of minor illness and injury conditions, plan their care, administer treatment, and discharge them as proper to other social insurance experts and additionally look for counsel and support from a more experienced individual from staff. Secondly, they know there is no single solution when it comes to patient care. Responsibilities
- Patient consultations at home and in the office are among the typical duties.
Other responsibilities include - clinical examinations with the purpose of assessing patients’ health and conditions
- disease and injury diagnosis and also treatment minor surgery
- performing diagnostic tests (eg urine sample testing)
medical instruction
Qualifications
- RGN
- Evidence of recent Study (PREP)
- Recognised Minor Illness. Injuries Certificate or willingness to undertake
- Recognized Nurse Prescribing Qualification
Skills
- Firstly, m ust hold current license/registration to practice
- Secondly must have e xcellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thirdly, m ust have the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
Experience
- Have recent experience in acute/primary care nursing
- Be competent in telephone advice and triage service
- Have recent experience of face-to-face patient care
- Have Nurse Practitioner experience or evidence of independent practice
