My client is within the Financial Services sector based in South Manchester and offer a range of products and services to their customer base. They have an ambitious and welcoming culture, and the Head of Communications will have a large presence in supporting wider teams whilst working closely with the HR and Marketing functions.
Job Description
The role of the Head of Communication will involve:
- Managing internal stakeholders and communications alongside the HR team
- Managing the corporate reputation with external stakeholders
- Support on ensuring product and service communications are understandable to their customer base
- Work closely with wider marketing team and manage external agencies
- To develop the PR management with the communications team
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
- Proven experience in a Communications management or Head of Communications position
- Ability to be strategic and confident to liaise with senior stakeholders to meet tight deadlines
- Be proactive and hands on
- Knowledge or experience working with PR in previous/current role would be advantageous
- Open to candidates from any sector within B2B or D2C
