We are looking for a driven, proactive, and innovative Digital Experience Specialist to join our team at settle. This dynamic role will require you to use your passion for digital technology, your drive to deliver an excellent customer experience, and your thirst for knowledge to proactively seek and deliver digital solutions that will improve our services and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and grow and will lead and promote a digital culture at settle.
Requirements
Outline of Key Responsibilities...
- Lead and develop the digital team
- Engage with settle residents and colleagues to understand digital requirements
- Engage with other businesses, including other Housing Associations, to understand the art of the possible
- Research digital solutions and articulate opportunities to enhance settle’s services and processes
- Work closely with the IT and communications teams, to deliver high quality digital solutions and engaging content
- Shape our digital solutions to ensure a smooth and user-friendly customer journey and excellent customer experience
- Deliver a range of engaging and high-quality communications content for external and internal parties across different platforms.
- Champion a digital culture
We are looking for someone who has...
- experience in working effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and understanding how to contribute to all phases of the project delivery lifecycle to deliver successful digital solutions
- experience in identifying and successfully delivering technology solutions
- An understanding of customer journeys/personas and delivering solutions/communications that deliver an excellent customer experience
- ideally experience in writing engaging content for diverse audiences across a number of online platforms including the corporate website and intranet.
- demonstratable experience in content publishing, including knowledge of WCAG AA accessibility standards, Google Analytics, and data protection
- Have a good understanding of technical aspects of IT & digital technologies
- Experience in SEO (search engine optimisation) and CMS (content management system) preferably Wordpress
