Job description
We are THORPE PARK and we are part of the magical Merlin Entertainments!
We are currently recruiting for a Seasonal Planner within our Central Planning Team. This role will assist the Central Planning Manager to formulate operational resourcing plans for the Resort, in-line with demand-based scheduling, whilst exceeding both Revenue Per Customer (RPC) and Guest Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
As a Planner, your key objective will be to ensure the Resort receives rotas in-line with budget and unit requirements.
Working with the other Planners and the Central Planning Manager you will produce Operational rosters, across all operational departments, to ensure the daily operation is seamless in delivery. You’ll need to have an analytical mind, in order to overcome any resourcing issues, ensuring that the delivery of service is not jeopardised. You will also continually look for ways to improve the efficiency of resourcing across the resort by working on the Multiskilling project.

This role is full-time, which will include weekends and bank holidays as required; a flexibility and willingness to work outside of core hours when required is essential.
