Lead Business Systems Analyst

Newbury (Hybrid)

As a Lead Business Systems Analyst, you will assume responsibility for managing projects, overseeing initiatives from implementation to launch. You will also provide expertise through process and data analysis and work closely with different departments to help them achieve business objectives. Your duties will include researching different SaaS products and solutions and then presenting your findings to contribute to informed decision-making within the company.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in system design, implementation and analysis so that they can work with teams to design solutions that meet business requirements. They will have good data analysis and process mapping skills and be comfortable in front of stakeholders. Additionally, they will have solid project and change management knowledge and experience.

The Role:

• Taking ownership of small and medium projects
• Research new SaaS solutions and present your research & make suggestions to the company
• Data analysis, process analysis and stakeholder management
• Review and analyse proposed solutions and make recommendations to different levels and departments of the business

The Person:

• Proficient in system implementation related to off the shelf software, SaaS solutions, ERP, SAP, CRMs, Salesforce etc
• Has been the lead analyst on various projects and initiatives in the past
• Strong project and change management skills
• Able to interact with stakeholders and good data analysis & process mapping skills
