A well-established firm with a solid local reputation, with multiple offices across the west midlands. This firm has a clear progression plan in place and offers hybrid working and bonus incentives for both holiday and extra pay.

The Position

The firm has an already established and thriving private client department with 5 fee earners and support staff, for the right Private Client Solicitor there is scope for progression.

The successful private client solicitor will manage their own caseload of Wills, LPA’s, Estates, Trusts and Deputyships, with limited supervision.

There is a caseload to walk into, however, there will be an element of business development required as this is a new office for the firm.

Requirements

• The ideal Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive will have at least 2 years PQE, the firm may consider someone below this with prior experience
• You must be able to work under limited supervision
• Manage your own time effectively, with initiative and discipline
• Business development skills are a clear advantage
• 23 days holiday + Public Holidays + Christmas
