Job description
- As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive growth.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals, with a particular focus on client acquisition.
- In this role, you will also develop and manage marketing budgets and regularly report on key performance metrics to the executive team.
- To succeed in this role, you will need to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders to drive co-marketing initiatives.
- Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on industry trends and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Finally, you will assemble and lead your own team, ensuring that each member is aligned with the overall marketing strategy and has the necessary skills and resources to execute their responsibilities effectively.
- Bachelor in Marketing
- You have work experience as a chief marketing officer
- You have very good communication and collaboration skills
- You have knowledge of CRM systems
