Due to an increase in demand, they are looking for a highly motivated and experienced BREEAM Assessor with a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in sustainable building assessments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BREEAM assessment methodologies and a proven track record of successfully taking projects from their initial stages through to completion.
Your new role - Conduct comprehensive BREEAM assessments for a variety of projects, including commercial, retail, and industrial developments.
- Manage BREEAM assessments from project inception to completion, ensuring that sustainability goals are integrated seamlessly throughout all stages.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their sustainability objectives, providing guidance and recommendations to achieve BREEAM certification targets.
- Prepare and review detailed reports, documentation, and evidence required for BREEAM certification submissions.
- Work collaboratively with the wider sustainability team as well as other teams in the business to implement sustainable design and construction strategies.
- Stay updated on BREEAM standards and other relevant sustainability regulations to ensure projects meet compliance requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on sustainable building practices, materials, and technologies.
What you\'ll need to succeed - A minimum of 3 years experience as a BREEAM Assessor.
- BREEAM Accredited Professional certification is required.
- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Architecture, Engineering).
- Strong understanding of sustainable building practices and green building certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in BREEAM assessment software and tools.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
