We are seeking a talented and motivated Year 4 Primary Teacher to join a dynamic team at a welcoming and vibrant school in Lambeth. This full-time position is available to start in April, providing an exciting opportunity to shape the educational journey of our Year 4 students and contribute to their academic and personal growth. The role will start on a contract basis for Summer term with a view to becoming permanent for September 2024 and is open to all teacher MPS / UPS.

As a Year 4 Primary Teacher at our school, you will have the opportunity to deliver engaging and innovative lessons, create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, and inspire a love for learning among our students. Your dedication to providing high-quality education, nurturing individual talents, and promoting a positive and enriching classroom experience will be instrumental in helping our students achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Planning and delivering creative and stimulating lessons in line with the national curriculum

- Assessing and tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback, and tailoring teaching methods to meet individual learning needs

- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters a love for learning and a sense of community

- Collaborating with colleagues to design and implement engaging cross-curricular activities and initiatives

- Building strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community to support the holistic development of our Year 4 cohort

The successful candidate will be an innovative and dedicated Primary Teacher with a genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to nurturing the potential of every child. You will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a proactive and adaptable approach, and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
