Marketing and Student Recruitment Officer

Job Type: Part Time, Fixed term.

Location: Carlisle

Salary: £29,605 pro rata with incremental progression to £36,024

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the field of medical education?

Our client has an opening for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing & Recruitment Officer to help shape the delivery of the Pears Cumbria School of Medicine, which is a collaboration between Imperial College London and the University of Cumbria.

The Role

This role presents an opportunity to contribute to the development of the marketing campaign which will both inform and inspire those potential applicants. With a proven background in marketing plan development through to campaign implementation, you’ll be a driving force in helping us to position the Pears Cumbria School of Medicine as a credible and exciting opportunity for aspiring medics in the Cumbria region.

As an experienced marketing professional, you will have a track record of developing and delivering inspiring multi-channel marketing plans and support student recruitment campaigns using the full mix of digital & social media, advertising including experience of marketing physical and virtual events. You’ll be a marketing all-rounder able to work at pace to establish and foster brand awareness, and to generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

Additional Information:

You may on occasions and in line with operational needs: • Be required to work different hours including at weekends/evenings; • Be required to travel to other campuses and sites as necessary.
