Specialist Project Worker
Sudbury Young People and Intensive Housing Management Services
£25,160
37.5 hours per week – shifts to include some weekends and some late shifts up to 9pm
We’re looking for a Specialist Project Worker to join our team at Ballingdon Young People Services & Crofton House Intensive Housing Management Services. At Ballingdon Street, we support 14 customers across who are 16-24 years old and experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness. At Crofton House IHM Service, we support homeless adults with temporary accommodation in conjunction with the local authority. We are looking for supportive, passionate, and positive people to empower our customers.
The primary focus of our services is to support customers in a range of areas including, finding employment, recovery from addiction and building stability through a range of social activities. A successful outcome is achieved when our customers can move on to suitable long-term accommodation appropriate to their needs.
We value our team and encourage learning and progression through our comprehensive induction programme, as well as ongoing training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. We have our own Learning and Development Academy, who provide a wide range of training courses, open to all.
