Job description
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and energetic Nanny for an ultra-high net worth family based in their home in Radlett, Hertfordshire. This family of four are looking to appoint a dedicated team-player to join their team on a permanent, live-out basis and would also require the Nanny to travel with them during school holidays.
A busy family with two children, aged 2 years and the youngest being 4 months, this role requires someone with a flexible, can-do attitude. The role will be largely focused on managing the children’s schedules, getting them ready for the day, feeding, bathing and all other nursery duties. Cooking for the children and arranging fun activities for the children will also be included in the daily duties. The ideal candidate is a traditional Nanny who is confident, able to work on their own initiative, highly organised as well as being knowledgeable with regards to child development. They would like the Nanny to nurture the children to have great experiences; they are happy with playdates and outings but these need to be balanced with fun and interesting activities. The working week will be Thursday – Monday and working hours may vary on a day to day basis, so flexibility for this role is key.
