Internal Sales Executive
Armagh
Vickerstock are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive for our market leading client. The role is permanent and based in Armagh.
The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for making out-bound telephone calls to new and existing customers.
The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for the following:
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders
- Supply product knowledge to customers
- Process Sales orders and deal with Customer queries.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with designated existing customers.
- On-boarding of customers to online ordering option.
- Operate as the main point of contact for assigned customers, develop, and maintain long term relationships.
- Win new business by generating new leads and business relationships, this involves cold calls and calls to existing customers daily.
- Target marketing campaigns, prospecting, and proactive enquiry generation
- Meet and/or exceed individual and team sales targets.
The Internal Sales Executive must be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, telesales, and/or account management
- Proven record of success in direct outbound sales, including a demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, online marketing, including social media.
- CRM proficiency experience an advantage.
- Sales training is preferred.
- A natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service.
- Excellent telephone manner is essential.
- Can develop positive business relationships to 'close' a sale.
