About The Role

Look no further than the Business Development Apprentice position at G3S Group. PETA Ltd are proud to be working with a leading Importer, converter and manufacturing company to recruit a Business Development Apprentice.

Training to be provided:

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15-month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.

About the role:

The Business Development Apprentice will be responsible for the following duties:

• Learning about the company systems, products, services & procedures
• Providing office support including customer support
• Keeping well-organised files
• Sending emails when needed
• Researching company data for possible potential customers
• Keeping computer databases up to date
• Interacting with clients on the phone when needed
• Answering phones and connecting calls to the intended departments
• Following up on outstanding communications
• Collecting and inputting company data
• Educating clients about what products/services are available
• Building relationships with clients
• Preparing meeting rooms by setting up chairs and getting refreshments
• Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements
• Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required

• GCSEs in maths and English with at least a grade C / 4
