Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a friendly and polite individual to join the Reception Team at Dovedale Sports Centre.

Dovedale Sports Centre is a multi-purpose complex accommodating squash courts, a sports hall, a Gym and an exercise studio as well as a mix of complimentary facilities.

We are looking for an individual with a proven experience of multi-tasking to work in our reception area whilst offering a friendly and efficient service for the processing of transactions, bookings and general enquiries.

The role will involve being the first point of contact at the centre, both in person and over the telephone. The successful candidate will be flexible, self-motivated, team orientated and a good communicator. They will also be able to demonstrate a high-quality customer service approach to ensure a friendly and welcoming environment providing advice on all activities within the centre.

The successful candidate will be able to keep calm while working under pressure and possess good administrative skills.

Experience of customer relations and the ability to process payments is essential, however additional training will be provided.

The role is offered on a casual basis with shifts available during weekday evenings and weekends.
