Maintenance Team Leader

We are seeking for a experienced Technical Team Leader who will advise, mentor, coach and set goals and targets for the maintenance and weld tech teams and be supervising a team of up to of 15 Technical Team members We believe in investing in our employees' growth and offer career development opportunities to help you reach your full potential. This role that requires a wide range of skills to deliver and drive lean improvements through great engagement with our talented people.

Your tasks

To lead a multi-disciplined maintenance team including weld technicians to ensure delivery of functional KPIs which contribute to the supply function meeting its productivity, quality and cost targets.

Complies with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines

Responsibility for all manufacturing maintenance activity and for a number of direct reports dependent on area of responsibility

Responsibility for investigations and disciplinary processes as required

Ensure all items of plant and equipment are maintained to the appropriate standards to ensure performance is safe

Ensure a culture of Continuous Improvement is embedded throughout the Maintenance and Weld Tech teams

Benchmark maintenance performance and standards internal and external parties for improvement

Liaise with Maintenance manager and maintain control of expenditure within the budget

Your Profile

ONC/HNC or Equivalent with Electronics/ Electrical or Engineering background

3-5 work experience in similar role

Knowledge of CMMS systems including SAP

To communicate effectively at all levels

Have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Working knowledge of Health and Safety ideally IOSH or NEBOSH
