Business Systems Manager
Leatherhead, Surrey (remote working will be considered)

Together with their network of partners, they provide free support, information, advice, financial assistance and services for horticulturalists and their loved ones experiencing illness, disability, bereavement, family breakdown and financial difficulties.
They have a real focus on improving the health and wellbeing outcomes of people working in horticulture and have an ambitious preventative strategy to create better futures for people working in horticulture.
They are currently seeking a Business Systems Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis, working from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday – although, flexible working can be considered.

The Role
As a Business Systems Manager, you will be the driving force behind efficient data management.
Working with the Director of Operations and IT supplier, you will ensure that our client’s business systems, business intelligence and information management systems integrate with their hardware and available technical support.
You will also maintain databases, ensuring their integrity, accuracy and consistency, and work with colleagues to make sure systems remain fit for purpose and effective.
Additionally, you will:
- Share supporter insights with colleagues
- Produce reports for stakeholders
- Manage the systems budget
- Gather and act upon key performance indicators
About You
To be considered as a Business Systems Manager, you will need:
- Experience in the line management of staff
- Experience managing an income-generating CRM, in a charity or business that generates over £4m per annum
- Experience of managing your own projects from start to finish to meet deadlines with multiple stakeholders
- Experience managing stakeholders up and across a charity with effective communication skills
- Experience managing suppliers to service level agreements
- The ability to communicate technical processes to non-technical audiences
- The proven ability to present complex data models and analysis to a variety of audiences
- A strong understanding of GDPR
