Job description
Our client seeks an Accounts Assistant to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Daily preparation of cash for banking lodgments. Prepare reports from Property Management system and revenue journal to Sage system. Bank reconciliations. Investigation of any cash or card transaction variances. Posting of receipts on the system. Updating computerised accounting systems. Weekly distribution, via email, of any sales ledger invoices. Key Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a similar accounting role. Hold a Bookkeeper qualification and have relevant current experience. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft office and all its functions.
