If so, Randstad Belfast are keen to hire a Fulfilment Consultant / Recruitment Coordinator to join the team supporting key client growth within the Health care & Public Services sectors.

You will be working with leading organisations throughout Northern Ireland and will be accountable for the attraction, placement and management of Health care & Administrative support staff . This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of experienced and successful consultants who will help get you up to speed quickly.

Position: Recruitment Fulfilment Consultant

Location: Belfast

Salary: £24000k - 25000k depending on experience + Commission + Company benefits

What you’ll be responsible for in this role:

• Supporting the team in the fulfilment of Temporary positions within the Health care field
• Managing your own candidate base
• Attraction, retention and management of applicants
• Maximising the return on clients who are already working with us
• Growing your client contact base, maximising relationships with existing contacts
• Account maximisation & successfully converting new business
• Working towards reaching financial targets & KPIs
• Providing a positive working environment with a winning attitude
• Assisting in full candidate compliance, referencing, training and assignment management
• All aspects of candidate and client administration

To be successful in this position you will:

• Previous experience within recruitment preferred although not essential
• Resourcing, health care, administration, sales or customer service sector desirable
• Have an efficient yet diligent approach to tasks with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrate your ability to hit and exceed targets
• Display a consultative, professional, business partnering approach
• Have excellent communication and capability of dealing with stakeholders at all levels
• Possess strong rapport building skills
