Education Support
Location
Wales | United Kingdom
Job description
With funding from Welsh Government, we are delivering a further extension of a programme of support to education staff in Wales.
Through the careful management and use of internal systems, you will utilise your high level administrative skills to plan and manage events and ensure that participants have a smooth experience accessing our services. You will be the first port of call for our beneficiaries accessing the Staff Wellbeing Service so it is important you have great customer service skills and can build good relationships quickly. You will be a whiz with data and help bring alive what the data is telling us, to help us report on the impact we are having.
You will join an enthusiastic team and have lots of opportunities to contribute to the development of our programmes and planning. Collaborating with colleagues across the charity and liaising with key stakeholders, you will also play an important part in the success of the wider organisation.
This is a fixed term until 31 st March 2025. Education Support has a good track record of being able to extend fixed term contracts and as our work continues to expand across the UK, we will be actively exploring ways to provide longer term opportunities.
