Site Manager - Seer Green Church of England School

Location: Beaconsfield

Term time only

Salary Type: Bucks pay

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: 15 hours per week (Mon-Fri term time only) with some occasional holiday hours

Interviews to be held: w/c 4th March

About us

Seer Green CE School is a one form entry village primary academy that benefits from lovely grounds and buildings that have recently received significant investment. We have a rolling schedule of maintenance to ensure that the site continues to be a safe and attractive place to learn and work.

We are looking to appoint a capable, enthusiastic and highly motivated person who would like to provide a key role in maintaining our school site to the highest standards and to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for the whole school community. There will be a degree of handover with the existing Site Manager.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- the management of all aspects of Health and Safety within the school
- managing all matters concerning school buildings and facilities

You will be:-

- honest, reliable and hard working
- well organised and pay attention to detail
- able to use your own initiative
- practical and able to carry our minor repairs
- committed to achieving high standards in your work
- willing to attend courses to develop your knowledge and expertise
- flexible, have a 'can do' attitude and a positive outlook
