The Role

• Because this firm are growing, they are looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Property Litigation Solicitor to join their well respected, flourishing Commercial Litigation department in Brighton, East Sussex.
• The Commercial Litigation, Employment, Property and Construction teams deal with a range of interesting and varied work including: business debt recovery, statutory demands, shareholder/partnership disputes, contract law and restrictive covenants, HR Retainer issues, Employment contracts, tribunal claims, settlement and compromise agreements, contracts and policies, redundancy, disciplinary procedures and sick leave, final account recovery, retention recovery, adjudication, general construction, engineering and technology litigation, and contract advice, amongst much more.
• As part of the general Commercial Litigation team, you will work alongside some of the best specialist Litigation Solicitors and Partners in the area, as well taking on interesting cases yourself, across Construction, Employment, Business and Property Litigation.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with proven experience in any areas of Employment, Business, Construction or Property (any PQE level will be considered)
• You will work well as a team, but be able to handle matters with your own initiative
• You will be motivated and driven
• You will be commercially minded
