Overall purpose of the role:

• As a Business Analyst within their Change Department, the candidate will play a pivotal role in driving positive transformations by supporting the successful delivery of their Change Programme.
• This dynamic position involves gathering and designing business requirements, managing testing processes, and actively contributing to project execution.
• This role would suit an energetic and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent decision-making skills, and can maintain composure under pressure.

The successful candidate will have:

• Past stints in Business Analysis or Project Management, showcasing their prowess in these domains.
• Ideally, experience in a regulated industry, although diverse background will also be valued.
