A renowned global partner in the property and construction industry is actively searching for an ambitious Associate Project Manager with a background in quantity surveying to join their closely-knit team based in Manchester.
Our client stands out as a leading international firm specializing in cost management and quantity surveying. They are recognized for their expertise in a diverse range of projects, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, with a portfolio valued up to £30K. In alignment with their ongoing expansion, they are currently seeking a dynamic Associate Project Manager to play a pivotal role in contributing to their continued success.
As an Associate Project Manager, you will leverage your previous experience in quantity surveying to oversee the financial aspects of construction projects. This includes tasks such as cost estimation, procurement, and contract administration. Additionally, you will be instrumental in expanding and strengthening the office. This role offers a unique hybrid opportunity, with the office located in Manchester and the flexibility to work remotely.
