As Graduate Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our game development and management staff to ensure the successful delivery of our projects, on time, and within budget. Key Duties Include
- Work with project manager to develop and maintain project schedules and budget forecasts
- Coordinate and facilitate project team meetings and ensure that project deliverables are being met on time and within budget
- Provide project updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Assist in the development of project plans, including scope and budget management, risk assessments, and resource allocation
- Facilitate communication between development teams and management, providing administrative support to ensure project success
- Collaborate with production staff to ensure that all documentation and project files are properly maintained
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
- Experience working in Agile project management methodologies
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Desirable
- Experience with Unreal Engine or other game engines is a plus
