QP is responsible for ensuring that each individual batch has been manufactured and checked in compliance with laws in force in the Member State where certification takes place, in accordance with the requirements of the marketing authorization (MA) and with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) To provide technical expertise to support improvement activities and resolve quality issues. Provide support for the investigation and approval of critical deviations/OOS. Oversight and approval to QMS processes and documents as appropriate, including but not limited to; TTS, L1 & 2 audits, MERP notifications and procedures. Review and approval of Annual Quality reports & Stability Reviews. Batch Certification. Maintain knowledge of and awareness of regulatory status of product licences and respective variations. Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Qualified Person status (either by Permanent Provisions or Transitional arrangements) Preferred Qualifications & Skills: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Support and/or lead continuous improvement activities - DMAIC orange belt advantageous. Working knowledge of relevant Site systems, e.g. MERP/VQMS/KNEAT/Harmony. Ability to plan, organize and control workloads to meet deadlines and deliver schedule and targets in an environment of change. Excellent communication skills at all levels both written and verbal. The ability to present information in a clear and concise manner in order to support decisions and at audits. Experience of acting as secretary or lean for internal incident committees (LIC/PIRC) About Worthing Manufacturing Site: Manufacturing at the Worthing site is for antibiotics.
