The Role
This firm is looking for a Construction Senior Associate 7+ PQE to join their impressive team in the City of London.
This market-leading team has an extensive portfolio and has advised on some of the biggest and most challenging and innovative projects across the glob, acting for some of the most prominent companies in this sector!

Many of the projects they work on are based in the Middle East and Africa, with these regions seeing rapid growth and providing excellent opportunities.

The team advises construction professionals, contractors, employers, operators, investors and their insurers, across a wide range of industry sectors, providing all aspects of project advice.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a growing and ambitious team and to work for a first-class client base on some of the most prestigious projects in the UK and Internationally! The team is renowned for this work and you'll be joining a medium-sized specialist team, offering a long-term opportunity and a springboard for career progression.

Requirements:

• England & Wales qualified solicitor 7+ years PQE
• The firm is looking for someone with experience in:
  • advising on procurement routes, engineering and construction documentation (including consultants' appointments, building contracts, collateral warranties, third party rights and security documentation), joint venture agreements, PFI and PPP documentation, alliance agreements etc.
• The role would suit those with either in house or private experience.
• Experience of advising on projects internationally, including in the Middle East and Africa is preferred but is not essential.
• You should be experienced in supervising more junior team members and delegating efficiently.
