Customer Administrator
Taskmaster are currently recruiting for a Customer Administrator for our client based in Milton Keynes.
Duties:
• Driver engagement (de-brief and ad hoc meetings).
• Process and manage customer service request logs.
• Investigate service failures and action the appropriate corrective action.
• Action out of positions and update photos taken by drivers on the system.
• Liaise with Workshop, driver, and Operations regarding all defects.
• Manage Hazard & Near miss reports to successful resolution.
• Action disposal ticket entries.
• Tachograph download from vehicle(s).
• Vehicle defect reporting.
• Driver debrief daily audit.
• Driver’s Hours infringements management,
• Workshop meeting.
• PPE management.
• Investigate and reduce vehicle misuse.
Pay Rate: £26,00 - £28,000PA
Hours: 08.30 – 17.30 Monday to Friday (1 hour unpaid lunch)
