Salary Scale: £130-£220
Contract Type: Full-time Responsibilities: - As an Early Career Teacher you will plan and deliver creative and age-appropriate lessons.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the diverse needs of students.
- As an Early Career Teacher you will foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- As an Early Career Teacher you will collaborate with other teachers and school staff to contribute to the overall success of the school community.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills.
Qualifications and Skills: - Teaching qualification and eligibility for (or achievement of) QTS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
- Initiative, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to the educational success of students.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or a related field.
