Job Description
Murray Recruitment have a full-time opportunity an experience Planner based in Glasgow. This is a permanent opportunity.
Reporting to the Office Manager you will be responsible for the co-ordination and management of reactive and maintenance activities.
Responsibilities:
- Logging reactive calls.
- Co-ordinating and planning engineers workload.
- Liaising with suppliers and ensuring first class customer service at all times.
- Liaise between customer and operations management to ensure smooth operational delivery meeting contract SLAs.
- Chasing for updates of work in progress, keeping the client up to date at all times.
- Updating internal systems and customer portals.
- All associated administration.
Experience:
- Experience working within a Planner / Helpdesk / Service Administration position.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literate and competent using Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines.
Offering:
- Starting salary £DOE
- Hours Monday – Friday 35 hours between 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm
- Holidays are 20 days annual, increasing to 25 days after one year’s service and 8 days’ public and 1 day birthday holidays.
