Job description

Meridian is working with a UK Wide company to appoint a Continuous Improvement Administrator based in Hoddesdon (CM19).

- Salary: up to £28k – dependant on experience
- Hybrid Role
- Monday to Friday 9am till 5.30pm

AAs our Continuous Improvement Administrator, you will work alongside the complaints team to review and oversee remedial processes changes that have been implemented to ensure company is following new standards. .

Using the corrective & preventive (CAPA) recommendations , you will assess the process change 1, 2 or 3 months after implementation to ensure the process has been embedded, working with the SME’s and team members , you will review and obtain supporting evidence that process are now being adhered to.

As a Continuous Improvement Administrator, will need to have proven experience in process review & implementation from either a FMCG, medical or Hospital environment or investigations background. Solid understanding of corrective and preventive action plans alongside a clear communication and data driven mind.

Continuous Improvement Administrator: Key accountability's

- Review process changes are being adhered to as per company policy
- Working with the SME & Managers to develop and support the delivery of the site strategy and long-range plan.
- Engaging all employees and teams in the relevant OE activities across the site
- Championing the strategy deployment effectively and efficiently, striving towards the objectives of Zero Defects, Zero Deterrents, Zero Harm, and Zero Waste
- Driving the deployment of the DMS program as per the corporate guidelines.
- Using data to track and prove success of projects and activities implemented
- Identifying and share best practices on site from all departments and across the network
