Position: Dental Practice Manager & Lead Dental Receptionist

Location: Rugeley, Staffordshire

About Us:  Nestled in the heart of Rugeley, Staffordshire. As the largest independently owned dental surgery in Rugeley, we take pride in offering a comprehensive range of dental services, encompassing both NHS and a growing portfolio of private treatments. Our practice is on the brink of an exciting transformation, particularly in the expansion of our private dental offerings.

Job Opportunity:  We are in search of a driven individual who is eager to grow with us as we embark on this new phase. As Dental Practice Manager and Lead Dental Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in steering the day-to-day operations of our practice. You should possess the confidence to lead the reception team, operate autonomously, and exhibit problem-solving prowess. You will serve as a role model for our junior staff.

Additionally, this role encompasses the management of a team of nurses and dentists, ensuring that our practice not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our patients and complies with regulatory bodies such as the CQC and PCT.
