Job Opportunity: Multi Site Sous Chef
Location: Preston
Type: Full Time
We are delighted to be working with this fantastic client seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to work across multiple venues providing support to various Head Chefs during the sites peak and general trading periods.

Role Responsibilities:
• Providing support to multiple Head Chefs and effectively running the kitchen in their absence.
• Be part of the training and development of more junior chefs across all sites.
• Ensure that all food safety & hygiene standards are consistently adhered to.
• Work closely with Head Chefs to ensure operational efficiency.
• Be able to effectively work across all venues.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience working in a high-volume setting & maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Willingness to work across multiple sites.
• Fantastic time management and high-level organisation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership skills – able to lead, train and develop junior team members.
• Attention to detail.
