Senior Court of Protection Solicitor/Partner

One of the largest Private client teams in the South has an opportunity for a senior appointment within their Court of Protection team. The Private Client team are apart of an award winning and accredited law firm with an impressive client base and successful growth history. As part of further expansion to their Court of Protection department where they work closely with vulnerable adults or minors and their families to protect their best interests.

The work involves Lasting Powers of Attorney, Enduring Power of Attorney and Deputyships

As part of further plans for growth, the firm requires a Court of Protection Senior Associate/Partner to join their successful Private Client Team.
The ideal candidate will be a panel deputy or have the ability to grow this area of work. The successful candidate should have experience in taking an active role in marketing and business development.
