Optical Assistant – up to £28k – Hemel Hempstead – Independent practice with no KPIs!
I have a great opportunity for an Optical Assistant working with this long standing independent based in Hemel Hempstead, with No KPIs good salary and plenty of progression opportunities and training provided this Practice is not one to miss out on!

This role is for a patient focused Optical Assistant who is tired of the hustle and bustle of sales orientated practices as this practices main concern is that you enjoy your job and want to wake up excited for work!

Responsibilities of the Optical Assistant” Conducting pre screens and contact lens teach.

• Dispensing to all levels.
• Helping staff with other roles including admin and reception.
• Learning on the job to be the best Optical Assistant you can be.
• Contributing with decision making on frame selection for the practice.

Requirements of the Optical Assistant

• At least 1 years’ experience working within optics is a must.
• The right person will be very patient focused.
• Experience working in an independent is beneficial but not essential.

• Working hours of Monday – Saturday with alternative Saturdays and no Sundays!
