So whats the mission of the Stylist

To ensure our customers have a memorable & magical customer journey in our stores whilst providing a knowledgeable product styling experience.

What does success look like in this role

• Having full knowledge of our products and instore services creating a memorable and engaging experience for our customers
• Greeting & assisting customers providing advice and guidance on styling with a kind and empathetic approach
• Build brand loyalty by promoting our CRM scheme hosting events and engaging with your local community
