Job description

Overview of the roles:
To manage and deliver all aspects of the Adult Women’s recreation project building on the legacy from UEFA Womens Euros 2022 and create a network of sustainable activities across the Milton Keynes to enable more Women and girls over 16 to play football.

The post holder will develop a range of exciting and innovative approaches to engage Women in Milton Keynes and Berks and Bucks FA area to get involved in football as a new player, or as a returning player. Our aim is to increase Women’s participation in football in a range of different ways from increasing opportunities for competition, recreational small sided football for adult all ages, using football activities to improve health and well-being and develop future coaches and officials for the Milton Keynes area.

Salary: £25,000 Fixed term for 2 years.
Annual Leave entitlement 28 Days
