As the Head Chef at Sea Containers London, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations within the hotel, including our signature restaurant, bar, private dining, and events. You will lead a team of skilled chefs, ensuring the highest standards of quality, creativity, and consistency in our culinary offerings. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of chefs to deliver exceptional culinary experiences across all outlets, including menu development, food presentation, and quality control.
Develop innovative and seasonal menus that reflect the diverse culinary landscape of London, while also incorporating the unique identity and vision of Sea Containers London.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Manage food and labor costs effectively, maximizing profitability while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to create seamless guest experiences and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.
